ACADEMY

Weekly live call sessions on Wednesdays at 12 EST that will consist of
* 2 monthly case study calls 
* 1 Q / A session
* 1 lecture  / review of content call or 1 interractive session per month
* Extra call each month that will be lead by Rali Malcheva through her bottom up approach

* Multiple monthly mini educational content videos. These will be in an easy to digest video format of 5-15min , uploaded to the portal for Academy members to watch at your own time. 

* Continue your access to ongoing programming in Train Heroic. There are 11, 12-week programs to allow you to customize for your needs. Check out the programming options here.
* I keep the majority of my exercises unlisted on youtube but for the Academy you can view them all and have access to the links for any of them to use in your programming or to send to clients. There is a spreadsheet with specific categories so you can easily find what you are looking for.

The Academy was started in 2020 and has an amazing library of calls that you can look back on to learn about so many topics, plus there are a ton of case studies to help you refine your movement lens. I go back to them sometimes and think about what we could have done differently or to remind myself of what worked.
